Hey Everybody!

First of all, it is cold. and rainy. and I swear everyone I know has the flu - I am lucky to have made it this far! :strong: :fear: and eventually I know in a few weeks I'll be shoveling my driveway :snowing: Although I have to say, I am looking forward to the Holiday/Christmas Season! :santa:

Secondly, I haven't had much time to paint because school is getting in the way, I am so close to my bachelor's degree I can see the end in sight! :dummy: I have a few ideas for paintings that I would like to get on paper and I know I will; so even if it takes a few more weeks or a month I will be creating. Also, keep a lookout for better scans of my current work :nod:

Finally, a friend of mine who is also another student of *yaamas opened up an account here on DA - and her work is fantastic. Please go say Hi, fave, watch, whatever, but give her the warm Deviantart welcome we all have received at least once before!

Finally, since it is that time of year again: What are you looking forward to getting for the holidays? What have you hinted at or bought yourself or have you bought something for a friend they really wanted? I purchased the entire Sword of Truth book series (now a TV show called Legend of the Seeker) and I love the books beyond belief - I think I read the first book in 4 days :laughing: Also, there are a plethora of video games that I'm dying to waste time on! :dance: :snowflake: :snowflake:
