On nights when the moon is low and the clouds roam freely on the edges of space and sky, the Lady wanders from her slumber and fills the emptiness with jewels of light. It is her gift to us to shine when we are lonely, and to show the way when we are lost. You will never see this lady for she insists on walking between the clouds with her Shawl held low to let the suns burn brightly in the distance.

Since the moon is your light source there should be more shadow on the sides of the clouds facing her as well as far side of her dress. The drapery is good, although there should be a few darker spots. Right now the clouds tend to look flat and patterned because there's not much contrast. A few areas of darker sky showing through on the right side would really add more interest. You could use some acrylic/gouache or wc pencil to add brighter highlights on the upper cloud edges and edge of her dress where moonlight would hit.
Try looking up some photos of the full moon with clouds. An artist who really does this well is Laurel Long. [link]
